THE DO’S<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    1. Use specified pressure cap of proper<\/li>
    2. pressure rating only.<\/li>
    3. Ensure all earthing should be grounded properly.<\/li>
    4. Ensure temperature sensor is working properly.<\/li>
    5. Ensure all coolant passages are ok simply NO BLOCKAGE.<\/li>
    6. Use recommended coolant only. (For initial fill up and topping up).<\/li>
    7. Ensure proper venting of air from the system and mounting of radiators is matched without undue force.<\/li>
    8. Ensure that the engine jacket is clean and flushed before servicing or replacing the radiator.<\/li>
    9. Maintain recommended ratio of specified coolant and distilled water for coolant preparation as per vehicle manufactures<\/li>
    10. Ensure radiator is properly fitted. Loose radiator fitting will create excessive vibrations and lead to radiator tube crack or leakage.<\/li>
    11. Ensure fun working properly.<\/li>
    12. Ensure all rubber hoses should be fitted stress and kinks free.<\/li>
    13. Engine should run with coolant circulation mode for at least 30minutes. Once in a week so that harmful contaminant does not settle down for extended period.<\/li>

        1. Do not<\/strong><\/span> open pressure cap while engine is working or hot condition.<\/li>
        2. Do not<\/strong><\/span> use tap water or hard water for topping as it leads to internal corrosion of tubes.<\/li>
        3. Do not<\/strong><\/span> operate the engine without the pressure cup fitted correctly.<\/li>
        4. Do not<\/strong><\/span> run vehicle when the temperature over shoots.<\/li>
        5. Do not <\/strong><\/span>run the vehicle if there is any sign of coolant leakage. From hose pipes or any other joint.<\/li>
        6. Do not<\/strong><\/span> allow accumulation of dust on fins.<\/li>
        7. Do not<\/strong><\/span> use worn-out bolts, nuts, and rubber bushes for fitment on radiator.<\/li>
        8. Do not<\/strong><\/span> hammer on radiator during fitment.<\/li>
        9. Do not<\/strong><\/span> fit the radiator in vehicle if fitment not matched.<\/li>
        10. Do not<\/strong><\/span> allow any moving or static object fooling with radiator.<\/li>
        11. Do not<\/strong><\/span> allow any welding near radiator assembly as welding spatter cause tube material burns resulting into leakage of tubes.<\/li>
        12.
