New Radiator Assemblies

We assemble Radiators and also do Replacement of Cores, Tanks, Connectors, Fans etc
Components of a Radiator Assembly
Core: The core is the main part of the radiator, consisting of a series of tubes and fins. The tubes carry the fluid, while the fins increase the surface area for heat transfer.
Tanks: The tanks are the reservoirs at the top and bottom of the radiator, which hold the fluid.
Inlet and Outlet: The inlet and outlet are the connections for the fluid to enter and exit the radiator.
Fan: The fan is used to circulate air over the radiator fins, increasing the rate of heat transfer.
Maintenance and Replacement
Radiator assemblies require regular maintenance to ensure optimal performance. This includes checking the fluid level, inspecting for leaks, and cleaning the fins to remove debris. If a radiator fails, it must be replaced to prevent damage to other components of the system.
