RADIATOR DO'S
- Use specified pressure cap of proper pressure rating only.
- Ensure all earthing should be grounded properly.
- Ensure temperature sensor is working properly.
- Ensure all coolant passages are ok simply NO BLOCKAGE.
- Use recommended coolant only. (For initial fill up and topping up).
- Ensure proper venting of air from the system and mounting of radiators is matched without undue force.
- Ensure that the engine jacket is clean and flushed before servicing or replacing the radiator.
- Maintain recommended ratio of specified coolant and distilled water for coolant preparation as per vehicle manufactures.
RADIATOR DON'TS
- Do not open pressure cap while engine is working or hot condition.
- Do not use tap water or hard water for topping as it leads to internal corrosion of tubes.
- Do not operate the engine without the pressure cup fitted correctly.
- Do not run vehicle when the temperature over shoots.
- Do not run the vehicle if there is any sign of coolant leakage. From hose pipes or any other joint.
- Do not allow accumulation of dust on fins.
- Do not use worn-out bolts, nuts, and rubber bushes for fitment on radiator.
- Do not hammer on radiator during fitment.
